English as a Second Language Community Program
Encounter Community Centre is proud to offer the "English as a Second Language" (ESL) community program, dedicated to providing support for individuals seeking to enhance their English language proficiency. Our program is designed to assist non-native English speakers in improving their spoken and written English skills, thereby enabling them to better integrate into the community and pursue various educational and career opportunities.
Whether students are aiming to improve their language skills for academic pursuits, career advancement, or simply to participate more fully in their community, our ESL program is committed to empowering them with the linguistic tools necessary to achieve their goals.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating in our ESL program as a student or volunteer tutor, we encourage you to reach out to Encounter Community Centre for further information. Together, we can cultivate a welcoming and inclusive community where language barriers are overcome through the power of education and support.
